First the Space Quest creators reunited. Now Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards 25th Anniversary Edition (complete with Mac and iPad version) has been funded through Kickstarter. Ahhhh, the 1980s and early 1990s are still alive.
It was just a few days ago when we first heard a few details of N.O.V.A. 3, and now a lot more information is coming out about, including a timeline and characters that are involved. On the Gameloft blog, there appears to be a screenshot of a co-op map.
Several anticipated Mac OS X games hit the Apple Mac App Store today, including Deus Ex Human Revolution (the Ultimate Edition), Bastion (pictured above), Dungeon Crawlers, Azkend 2: The World Beneath, and OOTP Baseball 13. Cut the Rope for Mac and Mahjong Elements HDX received large updates.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Ultimate Edition is starting to appear in online stores, including the Mac App Store. It’s set 25 years before the first Deus Ex. Being the “Ultimate Edition” it has “The Missing Link DLC”, and the “Tactical Enhancement” and “Explosive Mission” expansion packs.
Blizzard is making an attempt to bring people together at Midnight, May 14, 2012, for a Diablo III launch event. If you are in the right location, such as Irvine, California, you can even hang out with Diablo III developers. While many stores will hold events independent of Blizzard, others will have the support of Blizzard for costume contests, give-aways and others happenings. Here is the list of participating retailers (So far).
If you are thinking of purchasing the World of Warcraft Annual Pass, and receiving a free copy of Diablo III (Download) as well as a few other things, Monday, April 30, is your last chance. The Arena Pass “Practice Phase” has also started.
