Frederic – Resurrection of Music, was launched a few months ago, and has now received its first update. It’s a quirky little game with quite a few fans, and is a humorous take on Frederic Chopin’s life, with 9 of his classics set in 9 different locations around the world.

Torchlight II Opening Cinematic
A two and a half minute opening cinematic video has been posted for Torchlight II. It’s not gameplay, but it’s cool to watch nonetheless, and is meant to fill in backstory that was missing from the first Torchlight game, and action/adventure/roleplaying game for both Macs and PCs.
Diablo III Open Beta April 20 – 23, 2012
Do you have a valid Battle.net account? Then Blizzard wants you to participate in the open beta of Diablo III this coming weekend, as a stress test of their systems. You can begin playing Diablo III starting at 12:01 pm (Pacfic – 2:01 pm Eastern) Friday, April 20, through 10:00 am (Pacific – 12:00 pm Eastern) Monday, April 23. You’ll need to use an existing Battle.net account or create new one.

Botanicula was officially made available by Amanita Design today, through Humble Bundle, GOG.com, and through the – Mac App Store. Amanita Design is behind Machinarium, a critically acclaimed point-and-click adventure game also available for Macs, and bundled with the Humble Bundle. Botanicula is a point-and-click adventure and puzzle game set in a very lush and beautiful environment.
Quake 4 Available on Mac App Store
Aspyr’s port of id’s Quake 4 is now available on Apple’s Mac App Store for $19.99 (US). The popular First Person Shooter (FPS) does support cross-platform play between Mac and Windows users.
