Heads up! Aspyr Media has released version 1.0.1 of RAGE: Campaign Edition, and there are updates for both the Mac App Store edition as well as the non-Mac App Store edition. This is the first major patch for RAGE: Campaign Edition.
The Mac App Store edition probably includes the same fixes as the non-Mac App Store version, but regardless, you need to update the Mac App Store edition through the Mac App Store. Non-Mac App Store owners can download the patch file below.

-Fixes crash that would sometimes occur when loading saved games.
-Fixes Quick Save feature.
-General performance enhancements.
-Fixes crash from using SIMD optimized Memory with PBO pointer that is not 16-byte aligned.
-Fixes progression in Dead City where player could not advance through sliding door en route to the defibrillator upgrade.
-Fixes CPU feature detection.
-Fixes lack of detail on parts of screen at high resolutions due to limited feedback analysis buffer.
-Re-Enabled UBOs
-Adjustments to default VDM values for balance.
-Fixes Shadows on ATI cards.
The Amazon.com Retail/Boxed version should use the patch below. I’m not sure about the Amazon.com Download version.
