The Arx Libertatis project has released it’s first open-source version of Arx Fatalis, a first-person RPG. A copy of the original Arx Fatalis game is needed. While Mac OS X binaries are not available (at this time), there are comprehensive instructions provided for compiling it, and it has been successfully tested and run under Mac OS X.
Leisure Suit Larry Remake Kickstarter Goals Met

First the Space Quest creators reunited. Now Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards 25th Anniversary Edition (complete with Mac and iPad version) has been funded through Kickstarter. Ahhhh, the 1980s and early 1990s are still alive.

Valve Releases Portal 2 Editor Trailer – On Mac May 8
The trailer for Valve’s next DLC for Portal 2 has been released online. The “Perpetual Testing Initiative” DLC allows players to create and publish Portal 2-based puzzles on the Steam Workshop. It comes with editing tools and will be available for both Macs and PCs on May 8, 2012.
More N.O.V.A. 3 Backstory, Information
It was just a few days ago when we first heard a few details of N.O.V.A. 3, and now a lot more information is coming out about, including a timeline and characters that are involved. On the Gameloft blog, there appears to be a screenshot of a co-op map.
Steam Client Updated (April 19, 2012)
Last week, Valve updated the Steam client that acts as the portal for Mac gamers to launch and play Valve and 3rd party games. It’s an important update since it adds support for the Community Overlay in Mac games hosted under Wine.
